This tract is possibly the best value at The Buck Farm. First off, it has some of the best whitetail habitat with thick creek bottoms, grassy transitional areas, and top tillable fields. The top ground currently has around 15 acres in row crops but that could easily be expanded to produce more income. This parcel pairs perfectly with tract 9.
